"Friendly workers, relaxing atmosphere, fun games, delicious drink and food... Taichi Bubbletea is hands down my favorite place to relax in Rochester. Your menu is fantastic. I've been going there since they opened in Henrietta. It makes me so proud and happy to see that they have a different location in Irondiquoit! This is definitely a place to visit. "Will not be ordering from here anymore. Used to be a loyal customer, the customer service here is just awful. You stand in line and wait just to be ignored repeatedly. Not to mention every time we order there are mistakes. Ordered ahead on the app and got there to pick it up — took a full hour. Was given the excuse that the place was very busy and backed up. Then update your app’s wait time. No apologies or anything. I will take my money elsewhere and support a better bubble tea business."

"Everything was top quality this time and exceeded my expectations. I also love the employees added detail and attention to my instruction! I asked that the Famous Chicken Rice Bowl or Salad Bowl）be separated by hot/cold ingredients, come to see that the employee wrote a kind note explaining it was packaged altogether because there were no hot items. The salad was super fresh and delicious. The boba was prepared nicely too!"
