"Will not be ordering from here anymore. Used to be a loyal customer, the customer service here is just awful. You stand in line and wait just to be ignored repeatedly. Not to mention every time we order there are mistakes. Ordered ahead on the app and got there to pick it up — took a full hour. Was given the excuse that the place was very busy and backed up. Then update your app’s wait time. No apologies or anything. I will take my money elsewhere and support a better bubble tea business."

Three stars because my family and I used to love this place plus staffing shortages and all… , but the service here has been subpar lately. My dad’s last two takeout orders have been incorrect, even after being reassured while cashing out that the order was made as ordered. Once isn’t a big deal, but two times in a row? Unfortunate:
