"I had a catering order for Sunday for a student program that I teach and received an email on Sunday morning that there was a mistake and they did not receive my order. I called the store a little panic because I had to feed some people, and they explained that the power was overcome, and they had to be close to the public. However, the manager was friendly enough to still find out how to put my order together and although it wasn't his fault, he was incredibly apologetic and wanted to make sure that my order was taken over. It was done exactly in time and when I arrived, they even went everything into my car. I was very appreciating how great the service was and would recommend this store for any of your catering requirements! Thanks again to the manager and staff who brought my order together so quickly and efficiently."

"Tip, they have free sandwich when you install their app and sign up. This has brought us through the door for the first time as a customer and it will definitely not be the last! The place was clean and spacious. Great for family dinner or hanging out with friends. We ordered turkey sandwich and Mediterranean gyro. The turkey sandwich and her bread were from the charts! Super fresh, generous portion and yum yum yum yum! The gyro was missing a certain blow. It tastes OK, but not enough flavors in the meat and Mediterranean sauces. Besides, the flat bread was not inspiring at all. Love her bread and her sandwiches. However, service can be slow. So plan to wait a while before they chomping."

"This is a really nice Potbelly. It 's bright and open, with some very pretty tables and a nice long bar for if you 're eating alone. The entire shop was sparkling clean in every detail and the employees were all friendly and quick. One employee was making a large order and I could not believe how fast she was moving! No wasted motions, everything perfect I swear she was putting a sandwich together every 10 15 seconds! She paused just long enough to make mine which was hot and yummy and exactly right (a few people don 't know what 'light ' mustard means) then was right back at it. My sole complaint is that there 's a 'step down ' in the middle of the shop where one type of floor meets another type. The floors are different colors, I have no depth perception and it 's not obvious that there 's a 2 3 ' step down/up there."

"I ordered the turkey avocado sandwich last night, thinking it'd be ok to eat while I was on the road. I asked for everything, but NO PEPPERS. We drove away and started to eat our food about ten minutes later. My first bite included something that was extremely hot and fiery, though I couldn't see what it was because the messiness of the sandwich. It had a ton of mayo (I did not ask for extra) and was juicier than I thought it would be. . It was a drippy mess. I got through half the sandwich by drinking water to flush the taste. When I got home I looked at the other half and it was FULL OF PEPPERS. I have some food allergies and do not eat hot peppers. This could have caused a major reaction at a time when I was out and not conveniently located near anything that could've helped the situation. I just wish that food preparers would PAY ATTENTION when putting together food. And then check for accuracy. The restaurant was not crowded, and there was only one car in front of me at the drive through (none after me). Do we really need to take everything apart and inspect it before eating?? I guess so. This isn't the first time I've had a negative experience with this location. I won't be buying from this location again. The turkey was great. The rest was sourly disappointing."
