I'm not sure about the 4.2-star rating. This place has made me the best sandwich I've ever had—the Wreck. It must be something special!

The staff is really awesome! I love their Earthly Shakes—I always get one with my food (the BLTA sandwich). During this visit, I also tried the gyro sandwich, and it was incredibly delicious! Potbelly is definitely my go-to place. Bon appétit!

for what it is, I am upset with this place! it's nothing nice, but it's good! the people here are always beautiful, they are polite, and the 1x time there was a mistake, they were fast to fix it. that was 1x error from a light hundred visit or more in the last year! that is not a streak that the good service there is a tradition!
