"This is a really great bbq place! It is 1/2 between Manitowoc and Appleton on Hwy 10, it can be easily missed as it is set a little from the road. My wife is not a big BBQ person, but she came here with me to try it and support a local business. She was very pleasantly surprised and would certainly come back. I have the three meat plate with the Briske (very damp!, pork and sausage. I finished my record before I realized it because everything was so amazing! I have enjoyed amazing BBQ in this whole country and Markos is a great hidden gem to fix this desire. The staff is also super polite and accommodating. Thank you for a nice experience!"
