"Absolutely delicious!!! Fiance and I were driving on HWY 10 home from work, called them up and food was ready in 15 min! We shared a single bacon cheeseburger and fries. The bacon burger was so good! I also asked for an added 3rd suggestion for a side. Promptly was told to try the cheese curds from the worker on the phone and we are both very glad we did. Hands down best cheese curds we have ever had anywhere! "

"This is a really great bbq place! It is 1/2 between Manitowoc and Appleton on Hwy 10, it can be easily missed as it is set a little from the road. My wife is not a big BBQ person, but she came here with me to try it and support a local business. She was very pleasantly surprised and would certainly come back. I have the three meat plate with the Briske (very damp!, pork and sausage. I finished my record before I realized it because everything was so amazing! I have enjoyed amazing BBQ in this whole country and Markos is a great hidden gem to fix this desire. The staff is also super polite and accommodating. Thank you for a nice experience!"
