"I ordered online to breakfast and had my fiancée go get it from there. every time we ordered at mcdonalds before, I put the order through the app and then he picks it up, was never a problem with it. He went to the road this morning and they told him there was no command. I had the confirmation and even sent it to him. 5 minutes later they have the order. then the lady said that she paid in the load, although I put my card on the order. then another dame comes into the window and tells him, "it says payment error". Okay, I can handle it, so I told him that he just has to pay for it, and while we try to find out, the dame cries on my engaged: "I will need it to move because they keep my line. I need you to move. they can't do this.” then they slam the window closed. he pulled all the way around and put another order in the app and put my card back on them. They told him that he could not hold the line (it was another person there), and told him to move to another place. he waited for 25-30 minutes to the berth and finally got the order. the same girl that gave us false information, bought him the order and said: “See how the online order works now? if they are not here with their phone, then it will not work.” he told her that we often did this and there was never a problem, only one time. I swear kairo mcdonald’s is my least favorite place to deal with. they really only choose to rent the worst customer service friendly people in kairo. there are many people I have met who have worked there and stop because everyone has jobs and it is one of the worst jobs they have ever worked. mcdonald’s is already stiff, but kairo mcdonalds is always a disappointment."

"From the moment my mother and I sat down at the bar, we were greeted with dirty looks, reluctant and slow service, mediocre and overpriced food, and just overall unwelcoming vibes. The bar staff were all very cold and unfriendly, one of them refusing to even look at me while she took my order. Not a smile from anyone. Our food took almost and hour (fried wings and a sandwich and fries) even though the gigantic dining area was totally desolate, and it seemed like there weren't that many customers. (and the ones that were there were also complaining about the wait time) I later found out that it's because they only have a couple of cooks inside a tiny kitchen. If you're going to run a restaurant, you need to have enough supply to keep up with the demand, and when the demand is the bare-minimum and you still can't keep up with it, you have a problem. And if you're going to take forever making the food, it better be delicious and/or affordable- sadly their food was neither. The wings were not worth even half of the asking price- they were greasy, bland, and scrawny. Like if McDonald's came out with chicken wings- that's what they would taste like. The chicken sandwich was probably the best part of the ENTIRE experience- so thank you to whoever made it. The fries were ok, but the thing is I asked for cheese fries. And when I got them, they were regular fries with a $2 dipping cup of Velveeta on the side. Not the same thing. Add on top of that a weak $10 cocktail, and a $3 iced tea, and you have the absolute worst birthday dinner ever. Yep, it was my birthday. And now I'll remember it as the night my mom got robbed in Cairo. Whoever is leaving all these 5 star reviews on yelp and Facebook- yall are either not being honest, or you need to raise your standards. This is not a business model with any longevity."
