"on a Friday night at the opening. we had not planned to eat there originally, but we had a fantastic experience. the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the server reading in frenceh the menu and then describe each dish. we had an old smoked salmon appetizer that came with an amazing fresh cheese, capern, cubed boiled egg and caviar. I had a fantastic bowl with freshly swirl soup for which I should die. the cheese was the most creamy, most fantastic cheese ever. the wobbles were not bitter, but sweet and exactly the correct amount of earthy tones. I had the lamming frame that was boiled for perfection for a escape. the sauce was sweet and creamy and accentuated the lamb perfectly. for desert banana care! safe in the top five culinary experiences of all time!"

"Service was fast and very personable. Food was good also. I ordered a large(20oz) dirty chai with 2 shots of espresso, a large carmel cold brew, espresso, and a bacon jalapeño quiche. All were amazing. 10/10 recommend. Also don't forget to check out the bike part."

"I went some time ago. This establishment is located near a rafting business which is two in one depending if you want to do that as well. Food : I ordered a burger smothered in sauce, and personally I wasn’t a huge fan of it, I never ordered a smothered burger but decided to give it a go and I didn’t enjoy it. Next time I’ll order something different. I also ordered the Rocky Mountain oysters for the first time, I’m a foodie so I like try new things, but personally it tasted like chicken fried steak! I wouldn’t order again but it wasn’t bad Service: The waitress was engaging and attentive, no complaints. Atmosphere: it’s very inviting, lots of activities to do for all ages. Dogs are welcome, they even have a dog menu! Just make sure they’re leashed if they’re reactive dogs. Tables are crowded so I could hear everything going on at the tables nearby. I had driven 8 hours so just wanted a quiet meal. My partner orders her calzone, which are always freshly produced. Your side salads are fresh. The Friday menu includes potato soup that is thick and tasty. We tried almost everything on the menu during our many visits and were never disappointed. They have a terrace that is very comfortable. A great place to visit often."

"Food is very good, menu is unique and they do not offer typical pages like Fideo and Calabacitas. We had the bean and Chicharrone Azteca and the Beef Chimichanga plate. Everything was very tasty, including chips and salsa. Very good Green Chilli. My proposal for an improvement is to concentrate more customers and be consistent at the doorstep and at the speed of the service. The staff is very friendly, but you don't have to ignore those waiting at the door. It looks like nobody takes responsibility for this area. All in all, worth a try. Would have been a five-star rating, but for the slow unattended at times service."

"This is a great little spot next to the Royal Gorge. I stop here on one of the loops I do on my Harley. Delicious food and great service. It's always the same pretty waitress/bartender and she is fantastic. Never super busy but I don't really see why? I love sitting on the outdoor deck. It's a little muggy indoors in the summer months. "On the way home after a hike with our dog. We were delighted to see that they not only welcome dogs, but they have a doggie menu! Needless to say, our fur baby got the chicken breast and disappeared in seconds. My husband and I shared the Whiskyburger with Fritten and the hot wings. Both meals were great! We had a big Shock Top beer that was refreshing, but not with orange slices like we like. Didn't ask for a schnapps, all we were interested is that the food was great, the beer was cold and our dog Shiloh was a happy pup. We will definitely come back!"

"A charming space in an old building in downtown Canon City. It serves farm to market products, so many items on he menu were unavailable due to supply which was appreciated and understandable. After selecting my salt and pepper shakers from a large cabinet, I settled in as the sole customer on a Wednesday lunch hour. The space is huge with high ceilings and a coffee bar and a separate alcohol bar. I had the bacon and blue cheese burger. A burger was adequate, but nothing to spark a repeat order. Bacon, onion, arugula, and blue cheese on a normal sized patty with seasoned fries. I would love to return someday and try something else. I love the concept and what they have done with the space. Burger 3 stars. Concept and ambiance 5 stars."

"I was really proud of the staff working here. There were only 2 employees and they were SLAMMED for lunch! They kept up very well and when something happened that they didn't expect, they rolled with the blows. It's hard to find people with the big settings they had under much stress! One of the even made nice conversation while waiting for the sandwiches toast, or during the performance of the Veggie line. I wish I remember her names! Good work, ladies!"
