"This place is officially going (really, has gone) straight down the drain, and judging from my experience today, and other recent reviews, this is backed up repeated evidence. They're not minding their quality or preparation or customer service at all here anymore. I ordered a basic chicken cutlet hero with bacon and American, got some chips, a big Arizona iced tea, the food came faster than usual, a sure sign that someone fucked up, and they did! Some of the chicken cutlet hero was edible, but the chicken was barely there, not even cutlets, cut into weird pieces, not what I ordered, and the bulk of the other half was overdone, and the chicken was inedible, either raw, or overcooked, or both, even, which is probably a sign that they're nuking **** in the microwave nowadays, a massive deli no-no. I'm done with this place, what happened to you guys? This was once one of the best delis in town, well, like 30 years ago at least. There's like eight guys behind the counter, but nobody knows how to cook food safely? You can do a lot better than that. I've been here a few times the past few years, it's either good, or inedible. Zero consistency. But now it's zero nothing, period. Food is dangerously inedible. Fix it or **** off."
