"Went for the Utes game, had dinner and beer. Saw down and waited 10 minutes until our server comes to the table. The service was never better.. Our server Flat out told us that they forget about our beers and asks if we wanted to order another round now so that they hopefully remember. My debit card was calculated and published on Sunday. The card became an additional $11.35 I called the bar that requested to talk to a manager. No manager at the service??? Which restaurant leaves its employees without managers? Not only a manager was not in service, but I was hanged twice on Sunday night. Called back on Monday afternoon and the same is NO Manager?? I explained the problem that I showed an extra $11.35 more than what my bill and my entrance. The guy on the phone told me that the amount I tipped was not enough to order the whole. Pay attention to your tips because apparently this bar has the feeling that they have the right to adjust your entire amount to ensure that the tip is sufficient. CREDIT CARD WOMEN!!! I can't believe The Huddle couldn't solve my problem and instead it was said that my tip was not enough for my order total. I gave them a week to contact me when a manager FINALLY is in service? no call, so I contested this with my bank, and I hope something comes out of this because the customization of someone's tip because they feel they deserve more when the service was AWFUL is NOT right or okay!! This bar was a recommendation from a friend.. I will not come back for this experience!"

"This is literally the first negative OpenTable I've ever written, I've worked in fine dining for years and have always believed in good review karma and just "letting it go" when I've had a bad experience somewhere. Market Street has now broken that streak The bar seating booths around the bar are beautiful. The lighting is perfect for date night. The menu is wide and has lots to offer. Market Street as a whole is a great machine and will continue on and do well, with or without my review, but has a GM of different restaurants at different times, and a server myself for many years, I would want to know about my service staff. My husband and I made reservations with a cheery, helpful, enthusiastic "Dave" for this last Friday night. We mentioned a certain special occasion and he was glad to leave a note for me, and our table reflected that he did indeed convey the message. We arrived a little early for drinks and checked in with the CUTEST hostess I've ever met, Lynda, who nailed it at her job, and I wish we were hiring at the moment... she kept us updated on our table being ready at and never forgot us, kept checking on us at the bar while we enjoyed our first course until it was I ordered a martini that bartender promptly served me, but it was flowing, and I mean flowing, over the rim, down onto his hand, and all over the napkin it was placed on. Lower your guys' wash lines on drinks so that ladies dont have to slide a drink across the bar and bend over and sip without picking it up. Once we were seated at our booth is when Kelly took over. We dont look like the older, rich couples that we saw around us? But we had come to spend some money. Kelly's "just tell me your order so I can go away" attitude turned us off to that idea quickly. Zero hello, zero suggestions, not once did he check on our food rule! C'mon.. We got the check after appetizers and went back to our hotel room across the street ordered room service instead"
