"I feel like we've been there a little early for hibachi, we sat down and there were no one on the side of the restaurant. but made for a few nice pictures! soon the tables began to fill. we sat with a few other groups at our table and then started the show. for beginners we had the usual suppe and salate. (which are both delicious and we ordered the california roll. perfect amount of crab and avocado. Finally, the main course was fantastic. the steak was cooked to perfection and the sweet, huh, rice and noodles were perfectly portioned and delicious! and finally the waiter and the chef were phenomenal friendly and attentive."

"I had a great experience a couple weeks ago here at Max fish so we decided to come back. Two of us spent over $300. I ordered the pan seared 2.5lb lobster for78 dollars and half the lobster was missing. I don’t feel like I was takien quite seriously when I called the next day I was offered a free appetizer on my next visit or to takeoff one of the martinis that my father drank whoever ate the claws of my lobster is very unprofessional. This was on a weekend so I figured I would hear something from the actual store manager about this on Monday and when I did not I decided to write this review"

"We finally decided to try this place out. We went downstairs to the pub rather than the upstairs dining area. The pub filled up quickly, there are several tables, only a small bar area. My husband had a small plate of ribs. I have Veg Terrine. It was great! The bartender made an excellent Dirty Martini. We plan to go back for their outdoor area when it gets nicer out. It seems like a place to go for special occasions. regularly if you can afford it. When we left the parking lot was filled with once car nicer than the next. It has an upscale clientele."

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Me and my wife went to Siam for dinner tonight along with our 18 months old daughter. Here is what went wrong: 1) The staff member brought the check while we were still eating. That 's when I told them that we need some dessert as well, she took the dessert order. 2) Once again, she brought the check when we just started having the dessert Note: This is a basic etiquette and courtesy to wait for the customer to finish the food before bringing the check over, not sure why she was so rushed up. 3) Our kid was in the high chair and was dropping some food on the floor while eating (I believe most kids are like that) and the staff member was continuously staring at us and making faces. 4) When we got the check, we noticed that they had applied 20% party gratuity, when we questioned them asking why they applied it for 2 adults 1 kid as it 's generally applied for a party of 4+ members, she very rudely said that the kind of mess you guys have created is more than a party of 5 people would do. I asked in return, so, you have applied it because of the baby and she said yes. Note: We do eat out very frequently and have never experienced this kind of behavior/service in our lifetime. Would never like to visit again and neither would recommend anyone to go there!!"

"Very good pizza right from the wood stove. Large slightly sweet crust, slightly carburized at the ends. I'd say they should cut their mushrooms thinner. The whole other vegetables were not cooked completely enough (like the pizza cooked so quickly in the oven). The marinara sauce (has it with ravioli that were full of fresh ricotta) they use is as bright red as you see and full of (I take on San Marzano) crumb tomatoes. Very high quality ingredients here. The sausage and pepper cream was incredible. These and many other foods, including roasted vegetables, are cooked in their oven. There's an incredible fired taste. The Happy Hour menu also has great selection at reasonable prices. Incredible specialties including 2 for 1 pizza on Monday and 2 for 1 pasta dishes on Tuesday! Very happy with Bertuccis."

"The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the soups are lacking in portion size. Sometimes, when I order a half sandwich with soup, both the sandwich and the soup seem to have very few ingredients. However, despite these issues, the food overall has great taste and I will continue to dine here. They should also pay more attention to to-go orders, as I have experienced instances where I ordered a bread bowl and received only the soup. Hopefully these issues will be addressed in the future, but the consistent and delicious quality of the food will keep me coming back."

"Haven't eaten here in over 10 years, but I remembered how good it was. Came to celebrate my mans birthday. Packed, packed, packed. Got to our seating, but it was a table for four, but with a wheelchair needed it a tad bigger, but we made it work. We had an awesome waitress, and she was very sweet. Everything was perfect except a steak that was super overdone, but the manager apologized and made up for it even when we said it was fine. They came out with a candle and dessert, and we had such an enjoyable night. The food was delicious. They even was awesome with my food allergies, and they followed my request to a t. They even scattered happy birthday confetti on the table."

"When entering you are greeted with the smell of chlorine. The interior design is very nice. The service was good. The fish sandwich was 80% beer batter and greasy. The sandwich was billed as haddock but it was a super thin filet of what looked like flounder. The fries tasted and smelled like fish and were greasy. You would think they cook the fries in a separate fryer. The pizza portion of the lunch menu has no header that says PIZZA . We missed it entirely."

"My friend and I went last night to have oysters in honor of his father who happened this week (he was an oyster man for most of his life). We sat at the bar and we loved our entire experience (as we have in the past). PEI oysters met the place like the Hawaiian tuna and Caesar with salmon. The cocktails are always so interesting that they are so unique and tasty! I enjoyed the Mezcal drink I had and he loved his whisky drink! We met one of the owners who was so nice to chat with and even offered to jump and help us with something when we tried to ask the bar tender for one side of the sauce. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, the menu never disappoints and the atmosphere is great. You really can't go wrong here!"

"we have a lot of family living in glastonbury. that is therefore a place where we often meet them for eating or for dinner. birch hill tavern has a fantastic task to use fresh and local ingredients that are seasonally appropriate. while I personally do not drink, the family members are always complementary to the craft cocktails and the mixologists they have. the last time I was here, I was glad to see that they had permanently added the nashville hot chicken sandwich to the menu. for a place in new england they knock it out of the park. if they find themselves in the opposite, they will not be deceived from the location in a place with a food store and a walgreens. this place is worth a visit."

"Decadent. Trying to write a review for The Spicy Green Bean is like trying to find the words for my wedding vows! I absolutely am in love with this place and no words of mine can do it justice. I started off loving this place as a little lunch dive with great atmosphere and amazing menu choices! I frequented this place for the tommy salami , a genoa sandwich that was piled high with salami, provolone, pickle mayo, chimmichurri oil, roasted red peppers, and spicy green beans(my mouth waters while typing) . The sandwiches come with two sides that change daily and if you dont get yourself a side of their 3 potato salad or spanish rice salad once in your life you will have not fully lived! Now, the bean is offering dinner service and unbelievably has impressed me even more! The waitstaff is friendly, efficient and TOP NOTCH. One night we dined for dinner with my 7 year old and the server actually helped him pass a level on his handheld video game system. The dinner menu changes weekly, but some items not to miss are the fall off the bone glazed short ribs, summer rolls, crab cakes and the cowboy cut ribeye. I have yet to have a meal here that did not leave my longing for my next trip back. Dont miss out on the dessert options, drop into the back and drool over key lime cupcakes or coconut ricotta cake, or even treat yourself with a toffee cookie. This place is a must and if you haven 't been yet, it should be on your planner for next week!!!"

"I really like this place you walk in everybody is inviting the restaurant is very clean I went there to get pick up but actually need to use the lavatory before I received my food and the bathroom was immaculate. "This was our second visit this month, we were delighted to see a new menu and cook. The small plates were incredible, a great variety and taste to presentation were perfect. Our dinners, salmon and short ribs were delicious. We will dream of the lobster ravioli until we can return. We even enjoyed the fires on the roof after dinner... Incredible staff, fantastic food and tasty decor make this restaurant a jewel. It was worth the 45-minute drive."
