"The South restaurant, "Nuf said," is like a visit to your grandmother's house for Sunday dinner. They serve up home country cooking with dishes like roasted green tomatoes, okra, cultivated beets, fried chicken, liver, and more. I couldn't resist trying the fried green tomatoes, which were hot and crispy, and the shrimp plate, featuring large, flavorful shrimp. My husband enjoyed the tender carved Bratbeef. For dessert, we indulged in homemade cakes, including chocolate and coconut meringue. My chocolate cake had a rich flavor and flaky crust, while the custard was slightly grainy but still tasty with a perfect meringue. After our filling meal, we did what any good Southerner does - went home for a nap. Our bill came to about $52 with a 20% tip."
