"Order on line. Pizza was ready within 5 minutes of estimated time. It was a Friday night and the place was extremely busy. I had ordered a big eggplant pizza. The young lady at the desk checked my order and politely advised me it would be a few more minutes. The pizza was delicious. Lots of cheese and eggplants. I just wish the crust was a little crispy. Leftovers tasted for breakfast!"

"Hadn’t been to TGIs in a few years because of bad experience but kids wanted to try it again. Should have went with my gut. Waitress was horrible asked for water first thing didn’t get it until I got up and asked someone else after we got dinner. My chicken was tough and veggies were cold like they reheated the chicken after the wait for the rest of the tables food. Restaurant wasn’t busy at least 5 open tables yet waitress never checked in I apologized for delay in food. Table wasn’t cleared ended up putting app plates on uncleared table next to us. Host at door was great, friendly and held door for us."
