"Hadn’t been to TGIs in a few years because of bad experience but kids wanted to try it again. Should have went with my gut. Waitress was horrible asked for water first thing didn’t get it until I got up and asked someone else after we got dinner. My chicken was tough and veggies were cold like they reheated the chicken after the wait for the rest of the tables food. Restaurant wasn’t busy at least 5 open tables yet waitress never checked in I apologized for delay in food. Table wasn’t cleared ended up putting app plates on uncleared table next to us. Host at door was great, friendly and held door for us."

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The service was quick, even at 7pm on a busy Saturday night.

really needed no reservation when 1) it was silvester 2) we were early appetizers were really good! service was excellent!
