"I found dining room on the basis of a local review of the best restaurants around Biberach and in fact drove past the fitness center (Gymn), because I could 't picture great food in a gym. We were surprisingly waited in an atmosphere that first saw gym, but then revealed a clear design handwriting in many details. The variations with peas were a revelation and the chicken or beef were of excellent quality, perfectly boiled and the flavors were delicious. All ingredients were local, sources were named and crisp fresh. We'll see the ESSZIMMER for the next time in Biberach."
