"I found dining room on the basis of a local review of the best restaurants around Biberach and in fact drove past the fitness center (Gymn), because I could 't picture great food in a gym. We were surprisingly waited in an atmosphere that first saw gym, but then revealed a clear design handwriting in many details. The variations with peas were a revelation and the chicken or beef were of excellent quality, perfectly boiled and the flavors were delicious. All ingredients were local, sources were named and crisp fresh. We'll see the ESSZIMMER for the next time in Biberach."

A very good restaurant with fresh and regional food with bistro atmosphere is located in a fitness centre, special menus on Easter, Christmas, Valentine's Day ecc. are recommandable.

This is a very nice restaurant with local and European dishes. Food is very good and delicious. The restaurant rooms are very beautiful and ambience really beautiful. Location is somewhat strange, the restaurant is located on the first floor of a sports club. Don't be scared.

We were in this restaurant twice in three weeks and on both insassions the food was divine. There are many interesting and unusual elements on their menu, all local and all we have chosen, from starter to dessert, all tasted really good. Service and atmosphere Tops! Would recommend this restaurant for every occasion. The first time we fought to find it as it is on the grounds of tennis courts, but we noticed that the street and the entrance are now signed, but they must clearly show a sign where the restaurant is actually...
