I understand a possible security problem, but if it was closed due to the convenientness of the employees, then that is something that should be addressed with management. I would like to know what has been done to repair the lobby lights later this morning to serve the customers on the day. "The turkey wrap was . I applaud any restaurant that makes most of their ingredients in house, and Mary’s does just that. This ain’t no cheesy/dinky/lame wrap the turkey is high quality, it’s a pretty hefty wrap filled with spring mix, tomato, Swiss cheese, and this YUMMERS pesto Mayo. "I ordered a square-cut pizza with four extra toppings and extra thin crust. However, my pizza was delivered without any toppings, the crust was not thin, and it was not cut properly. "We arrived at the restaurant with a truck and trailer too big for the drive-thru, so we attempted to go inside. However, we were informed that the lobby was closed. The man locking the door saw our vehicle and kindly allowed us to come in since using the drive-thru was not an option. He recommended the $5 Your Way meal, which was affordable and included nuggets. The food was delicious, the burger was quick, and the nuggets were flavorful. Thank you again for accommodating us!"

"It’s a difficult time help is hard to come by, I completely understand. But…. We sat in the dining room right next to the doors to the kitchen where every server passes by, right next to the server’s stand, right next to the bar where numerous staff go to get behind the bar, we attempted to make eye contact with every staff member who would so much as glance our way. And not once in those 45 minutes did anyone ask if we had been helped, if we were going to have drinks, if we wanted menus…. It was the twilight zone or candid camera and we were the ones who were going to be asked to smile. I’m stunned. Truly. Not sure what we did to deserve being treated so poorly, but I’d go anywhere but back to this place. I’ve had better service at the DMV."

"Overall the restaurant was clean, the food tasted fine, was presented well and the music was at an appropriate level to still have conversation.Just be aware that the portions are smaller (about half than one would be used to in the Midwest HOWEVER they are properly sized for the amount we should be eating. The prices are on the higher side but we look at pricing menu before we go to a place and as we prefer a dining location where the menus and floors are not sticky, we are willing to pay the price for having that.The food turnaround from ordering took quite a bit longer than we expected...like double. When we first arrived the upstairs was about 1/3rd of capacity and the downstairs was empty. What made it even more odd with the slow food turnaround is that they were staffed up like they were expecting to get busy with the church letting out across the street but it never did get busy. An overheard conversation between staff, while we were eating, confirmed that they were expecting more customers at that time.Most of the family got the sandwich offered and the wife said it was good while the kids didn't complain. My mom got the spinach and feta omelet and also said it was good and also mentioned liking the rosemary in the potatoes. My western omelet was fine but my potatoes were way too salty and had no other flavor. Another oddity was I got 1 slice of toast and my mom got 2 of a non-rye bread. Apparently this is what they do with rye but don't tell you and with how much the meal is I cant imagine they cant include a second slice of rye.There were several (3+ flies buzzing around our table which is a big turn off for my wife's experience. The management definitely did care about the appearance of cleanliness as someone was actively cleaning the banister and stairs while we ate so it was odd that so many flies would be buzzing around.The selection on the brunch menu we were given was much smaller than the menu online. We don't typically do brunch so didn't realize the menu would be limited when we selected to go here. What most of the family wanted wasn't on the menu and we didn't want to ask to order off the menu (BLT and Mac Cheese Loved the various art on the walls downstairs.Again overall it was a positive experience but the issues above, flies slow food turnaround from ordering considering the establishment wasn't even close to 1/3rd capacity kept it from being a 5* rating for me."

"I'm just going to the pizza because I didn't have their other dishes and the pizza was delivery or pickup. Both were fast and wonderful pizza. Dinner crust I like and the sauce is perfection. "Someone recommended this place to us. I'm not too familiar with Rockford but if I'm ever back I will stop by this place. Service was awesome. Hostess sat us right away. Server was there a couple min later and she was great. Believe her name was Kendra. We got our drinks. Smoked old fashioned was good, a little sweeter than I make them but still good. The fries with truffle salt were wonderful. The pizza was fantastic. A nice change from the usual Midwest flat crust or deep dish. Crust was delicious, and fresh mozzarella. It's a 12 in pizza, I probably could have eaten it all but I was left with 2 slices and my wife ate half of hers. Made for a delicious breakfast the next morning."

"on Sunday we met another couple for the breakfast buffet **** marienbar. we just wanted to be there a few hours. well, 6 hours later we left! eating was great, the drinks flowing becky out server was on their game. becky made sure that we were well equipped that the drinks appeared on time or faster. our food order was made to perfection pat (the owner) bought the table a round of drinks. I have not given much attention to whiskeys roadhouse, I can only say to my part. a fool I should throw away from here. the service was incredible, again becky made us feel like we were just table in the joint, it was a packed house! the food was great, the drinks could not be stopped. one of the best times we had in a long time. you must come from whiskeys experience how to get out of the house, a good time has really look!"
