"At noon I arrived at the Sake, a newly opened gastro plant at the St.Johann market. I thought it would be an Asian quick snack; it is more of a kind of bistro with Asian touch. I'm glad you could sit out at finally warm temperatures. Unfortunately, the Saarstrasse is not the only supplier of the shops on the market and taxes, but it is now also increasing construction vehicles, which have absolutely nothing to look for there and which use this road as a kind of shortcut. Of course, the Sake cannot do that; here the order office would be more in demand, but apparently it would rather be better to control the resting traffic and to write down park healthiers. From Tuesday to Friday, the Sake offers a daily menu with soup as an appetizer and as a main dish either chicken Szechuan or duck with pineapple. Together with a coffee or espresso, the whole in the chicken version costs EUR 6,00 and as a duck version EUR 8,00. But I decided for a soup and a duck dish from the normal card. The soup Tom Yam Gum, also known as the Thai national soup, rightly carries on the menu the hint of sharpness 3 . It was in fact good sharp and has as insert shrimps, cucumber slices, bamboo strips, mushrooms and small salad leaves. In this version you will not find them anywhere in Thailand; it is quite European, but it has tasted very well. If you don't like it so sharp, you better choose the Wan Tan soup or the famous Beijing soup if you want it to be a soup. At the duck in the stone pot chosen by me, duck breast strips of peasant type (so it is on the map to rice on various vegetables; this court has seen me as a whole qualitatively but somewhat disappointed me. The Sake (formerly a steamship is a new colour cup in the Bermuda Triangle St.Johanner Markt, Fröschengasse and Saarstrasse, but from my point of view it is more for the small hunger and less for lush boards. And too high culinary requirements should not be placed on this type of kitchen; that would inevitably lead to disappointments."

"If there is something, I regularly watch the show Mein Lokal, in which five guest roses compete against each other; for the respective kitchen performance, the winner or winner will receive the Golden Plate of Cable 1 as a trumpet and a prize of 3,000 euros. months ago the Saarland was again (the repetition runs on 21.11.2021 from 14:55 and then there was a double winner. The Saarbrücker Qu4rtier and the Zapata, also Saarbrücken, went through with 49 out of 50 points each, both got a golden plate and shared the prize money. Celebrity-Koch Mike Süsser, who passes the kitchens in advance and always gets a verdict for which he assigns his own points, received in the Qu4rtier a Bouillabaisse (EUR 11,00, which he then very praised. We brought our son-in-law to the railroad, and since the Qu4rtier is located in the area of the euro station, we used the opportunity to visit the restaurant and its chef Luna at noon. Luna is a very young woman with extremely spilled form and, as far as I remember, equipped with several visible piercings. In their kitchen we could live on TV, they made a very competent impression, and we were excited about what we would expect on site. In the menu I had already made myself intelligent on the Internet, and for me the decision had already been made; I wanted to eat the Bouillabaisse, tried by Mike Süsser. But unfortunately we were too early; they and other dishes are only 15 or more. 5:00. From 11:30 to 15:00 there is only a small lunch card with daily changing dishes: the soup of the day, four main dishes and a dessert. But for food and drink a little later. Ambiente: Industrial culture is beautiful and good, Hygge is not at all. And if the seats are designed so that after an hour of my ass and back pain, not done to unravel me. I liked the three etchings of human monkey heads (Schimpanse, Gorilla, Orang Utang), which increase my rating in terms of ambience from two and a half to three stars. Cleanliness: everything propper; five stars. Service: Although we had not reserved, we got in the very well visited guest room (here many people who work in offices and businesses without their own canteens in the nearby circle are assigned a two table. It was quickly sprayed in for us first and then covered: After we introduced our vaccinations, we were allowed to take a seat and first fill out the tracking list before our drinks were requested. The young lady responsible for us already apologized for the fact that due to the current service reduction everything could take a little longer. We had this impression personally less. We felt well looked around and watched, even if the price we mentioned was not so correct for the recommendation of the day. For this, our maid was extra for me in the kitchen to ask the individual components of my sauce. For the service I want to award four stars. Food and drink: My wife ordered a small mineral water Tönis classic (0.25l EUR 2.40) I had a dark wheat of the unknown brewery Gutmann (0.5l EUR 4.20; it tasted, there is no more to say. We both decided to recommend the day, the Rumpsteak US Beef 200gr. with rosemary salads, cocktail tomatoes and Madagascar sauce. The price was EUR 28.00, but on the invoice they found each with EUR 29.50. As an appetizer, my wife had the soup of the day for EUR 3.00. Today it was a potato soup with grapes that, although tasteful, was quite cold. Not torn out of the chair has both us the recommendation of the day; I would not have recommended this court. The Rumpsteak from the U.S. Beef was tastefully good, but underweight for my terms; the advertised 200 grams were not reached, for me it was at most 180 grams, possibly even a bit below. In order to demand 29,50 euros, you need quite Chuzpe; with the classic advertising, our Rumpsteak (200gr. with Pommes, Café de Paris-Butter and salad for 22,00 Euro would probably be better driven. I have to praise the slightly sweet Madagascar car sauce, a four-fold reduced jus, after the chef Luna, finished with Madagascar carcase. I almost had the kitchen green, a basket with white bread slices and a crucible with salted butter; both are not worth mentioning. For food I forgive very good three stars; I think that more is not for the performance shown today. Chef Luna (one of our cats is called Luna Peppina with me that one of the competitors had worked with whole pepper baskets. She herself has become aware of our U.S. whole peppercorns spread almost with full hands; we left them aside. The peppercorns, not the luna. Price/performance ratio: Even if our US cow had 200 grams, it would have been well paid at 27,00 EUR; the other prices of lunch card seem acceptable to us. Creates an evaluation of two and a half stars. Conclusion: We had expected more of this visit, but we can imagine a new visit, but not at noon. The Bouillabaisse wants to be shot."

"In the first quarter of the current year we had eaten mussels here; we had failed on site. I would like to remind myself that at that time I was swung on goose bumps, even my love of heart had not ordered anything peeled. When the new wish for the mussel dinner in the Linde was brought to me by her, of course, I did not scatter my mother and then leave her the call for the reservation. Yesterday we arrived at Linde shortly after 12:30. we were a bit late thanks to a roadblock, because we don't know each other so well in SB Bischmisheim, but on a somewhat worn way we somehow managed to get to Linde. We have table no. 13 and were well served there by an older lady (the hostess and a young and very lively Italian). And this time we also remained steadfast with our bivales; Mme. Simba ordered mussels à la creme and I ordered the mussels sailors. Both dishes were priced at EUR 18.50 each and I ordered a part of Pommes Frites for EUR 3.00. She drank apple choir for EUR 2.20. Usually I would have taken a dry white wine, apparently a Riesling or Grauburgunder. But after I noticed the ads for Karlsberg Bockbier, it became for me two Bock (0.3l EUR 2.80). He was very stupid. On one of the side tables were two old ladies with their bowls; otherwise, as far as I could see it, bowls were not too in demand, instead, Zander or the Linde Rumpsteaks, known for their meat quantity and quality, seemed to be the racers. The coming events took place at the second table; all that was indispensable on the table was like water glasses, flower vase, knives, tea light etc. was deleted. Even the stand with salt and pepper shakers as well as the Maggi bottle, which appears vital in the Saarland, had to believe and soften. Two rechauds were built, two large vessels for taking the leee shells and two large soup plates together with saucers and spoons. And a little later drum swirl: the tealights under the rechauds are illuminated and two large black lids with cup spoons are carried at our table, a bowl with the pommes frits, this in the long thin form. They were very crispy and tasty, but I would have liked a little better in Belgian format. We were glad not to have ordered two parts of Pommes Frites; the second part would have been too much for us. The mussel gods were both filled to the edge with shells whose broth was still strongly vaporized. The different shell shells do not differ. And that the Moules marinière, here called mussels sailor, beside chopped onions, thyme, chopped anger and fine-mean cuts as well as white wine, pear and salt are a lot of mothsticks at the beginning, I have never seen as Shell friend. Anyway, they tasted like the Moules à la crème of my wife. Unlike her, I could not spoon my mussel egg: totally salted and peppered. Too bad, but I have to take a star off the actually planned four. At once, some of the bowls were still in the tender baby age, say small too small. But surely before the end of the season we come back to the mussel dinner and hopefully we have to do it with loud adults: ."
