"Super upset after the experience I had today, I 'm a loyal customer and eat here more than I like to admit. Joined a membership reward program months back, realized 3 weeks ago, I haven 't been getting points. I also presented the scan code emailed to me with instructions of use, to the staff at time of order. NOBODY had a clue what it was, and had no answers for how it works. I go in today, same questions about the rewards, I 'm told I have to use a credit card (not true) to get the rewards, another girl blurts out your supposed to tell us you 're a rewards member when you order . It was rude, simply put, and they kept saying well for future reference .. OK that 's good and all,but I still didn 't get MY CURRERNT purchase put on for rewards. Just felt like they made me feel like I was the only one doing something wrong, were dismissive and short, and offered me nothing for my $100 's of dollars worth of purchases uncredited to my account. I was clearly upset and made it aware I will probably not come back, hoping they would escalate the matter to management. Nothing.. I 'm really bummed, because I love it there, but I hate how this was handled."
