Just came for the coffee, but the menu and pizzas looked amazing--unique flavors

I discovered Literato earlier in 2022. I tasted several pizzas and liked The Adam more. It costs $10.70 with tax. Sometimes I get more of each ingredient, sometimes, the chef gets stingy, and I can even count how many chicken slices and nuts they put in my pizza pictures attached). So, it depends on who on the shift is on that day. They offer one size only and I wouldn't recommend sharing due to its size. : The Adam has Tomato and Onion Jam, Chicken, Spinach, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Asiago Mozzarella Blend, and Toasted Walnuts. Super upset after the experience I had today, I 'm a loyal customer and eat here more than I like to admit. Joined a membership reward program months back, realized 3 weeks ago, I haven 't been getting points. I also presented the scan code emailed to me with instructions of use, to the staff at time of order. NOBODY had a clue what it was, and had no answers for how it works. I go in today, same questions about the rewards, I 'm told I have to use a credit card (not true) to get the rewards, another girl blurts out your supposed to tell us you 're a rewards member when you order .
