"After about ten minutes, a staff member came over with a bag of chicken fries, only to tell me they were out of them. Confused, I asked him what he had instead, and he mentioned “spicy chicken fries.” I requested a refund for the chicken fries, but he told me that they couldn’t refund me because the order had already been processed. This didn’t make any sense to me.
I then asked what he could do to make up for not having the chicken fries, and he offered to throw in some mozzarella sticks. However, they were cold, just like the burgers we received. Overall, it was a terrible experience. It’s a real shame because we used to enjoy Burger King. From now on, we decided to visit a different location. It was evident there were only two employees working in the restaurant, which may have explained the poor service."
