"The restaurant hoppa Bistro is located in an easy to reach place. From outside looks really nice, but when you go inside, you are greeted with an amazing host. They hang your coats right at the entrance for an easy sitting. When you sit at your table, you will be greeted by your waiter for the night. Our waiter was Sándor, a really nice and happy personal. To start of we ordered a kraken martini and the homemade hazy queen, two delicious drinks. For starters, we ordered soup, one beef, and one onion soup, both of which came with a nice presentation by two waiters. The soups were packed with flavor for more than affordable prices. For main course i went for the deep fried pork chop served with lightly pickled cucumber and mashed potatoes, the meal was amazing, the pork chop was tender and not dry at all, the mashed potatoes were smooth and tasty and to finish it all the pickled cucumber added the last needed taste. My partner ordered the chef's pick for the week of a truffle linguini, the meal came with a far from disappointing amount, a good full plate of freshly made linguini, cheese crisps and an amazing poached egg. To finish it all off, we ordered the chef's pick of a sponge cake with white chocolate, pistachios, and am pomegranate sauce. Would recommend booking a table next time you visit Budapest, you won't be disappointed. Vegetarian options: There were a lot of meals to choose from as well as vegetarian once."

"This is my first business trip in Debrecen. I'm a French native, but I'm from the USA. I would say I'm pretty well versed in high-end cuisine from Western Europe, parts of Asia, as well as South-USA. I consider myself a food. Immediately this restaurant impresses. Very clean inside, perfect service. You feel that your experience will be great with local products and a large chef. A mix of traditional and modern. Staying in a nearby hotel, I came to this restaurant twice in 2 days. The first night was with a local colleague, also a foodie that recommended it. The second time was with my manager, she is from the Netherlands and knows good food. You didn't want to fool anyone from us. During my first dinner I enjoyed a soup with the sweet and hearty aromas of carrots, oranges and curry. A must try if you want to start with soup like me. Then I followed with a veal cheek dish, served with one side what I like to call Mac and cheese, but is actually so much better than the American dish. The cheeks melt in the mouth. This is refined comfort food. When I was my first night, I stopped there, well fed, but not crowded In the second night we pampered ourselves a little more. We shared a sea red foie grass appetizer with a combination of apricots and apricot ice cream as well as black pudding and probably a wine reduction of any kind, served with mini brooche toasts. The mixture of fat, salty and sweet was another winner. Really unique. If you are an American and only know about Foie Grass operated states page, you don't know Jack and you need to try. My second dinner entrée was a local pork dish recommended by my Hungarian colleague at night before. It is apparently a pig breed with fur that leads to a rich, moist meat. I confirm that it was very tasty, with excellent potato croquettes, pea puree and some other treats. Finally, the Pistachios Dessert was a great conclusion to my meal. A great place to try..."

"Back in 2002, an independently owned and operated micro-roastery known as Gorilla Coffee opened in the neighborhood of Park Slope in Brooklyn, New York City was created. Known for their strong coffee and wonderful selections in their menu opened in Shibuya back in 2015. As part of my coffee tour in Japan, I had to try out the location as I have heard of their strong coffee, other variations of coffee such as Cafe au lait, Pour Over Coffee (single drip coffee , Red-Eye (for the caffeine-holics , Mizu Dashi coffee and espresso (For Gibraltar fans, you will want to ask for Cortado but also heard the place was also great for their steak sandwiches and desserts. And if you dig the coffee, you can also go there to purchase your beans! I have to say that compared to other coffee shops, Gorilla Coffee really goes all out with merchandising. Sure, Starbucks does the same and also Blue Bottle Coffee has their merchandise but I do like the striking red, black and white colors. I love the overall decoir of Gorilla Coffee and the two big screens right above the cashier. One thing I did notice is their lunch sets are more than likely different from their US counterpart. Made for Japanese sizing but the Shibuya store does sell their popular steak sandwich sets which goes for about Y1450 and yes, they do sell the Gorilla Dog Set for Y830 and the Cheese Sandwich or BBQ sandwich set for Y1450 and many more. You can also change your drink to a latte for an extra .70 cents. And for those who don 't want a set, you can purchase a pre-made b.l.t., egg sausage, aioli sauce potato and tuna sandwich and more for under Y600. And for those who want dessert, you can also get their lemon poppy seed cake, berry 's bite, corn bread, banana cheese cake, mighty choux and their popular chocolate cake for under Y500. Overall, Gorilla Coffee is a pretty awesome place to hang out in Shibuya, drink coffee or for something to eat before heading out to the more busier sections of Shibuya. While not the best coffee in Tokyo, it 's one of the cooler spots for ambiance, what the place has to offer and coffee store merch out there. And you combine all these things together and it makes Gorilla Coffee a pretty awesome coffee shop to visit."
