"Walking around in Munich I got with my family in a patio in front of the Frauenkirche (the Dom of Munich). We decided to eat there, as rain was coming, it was almost full and we wanted to sit outside. Dined here with a few colleagues of mine. The patio outside is a perfect place to dine with friends in a friendly environment. Food is traditional and beer is great. I can say that service was pretty fast despite the restaurant was crowdy

I normally don't dine by way of guides, however, I saw this restaurant and decided to have a try. Upon entering we were greeted by angels, and then the owner himself made recommendations to which we tried, delicious! Then to not feel like we committed...gluttony my partner and I split a dish that looked like veal Stroggonhoff with spaetzle, or German egg noodles. Wonderful! Oh almost forgot, the service was spectacular!

Typical tourist trap like you find them in so many cities. Our waiter was on steroids, because everything couldn't go fast enough. He spent seconds trying to push me to take an expensive bottle of wine (I hate that), didn't explaining anything, just wanted...us in and out a quickly as possible. So of course we ordered wrong. Our plate was there in seconds, the food was so-so (german fast-food) and of course as soon as we were finished, here comes speedy again pushing for more wine (the bottle was still half full) , deserts, coffee, thee, etc...
