"They they not modified the app when they ran out of certain food items, so many things were out of stock. (Salads in particular, which we had 2 of. My Dasher did call to offer fries as a substitute for 2 items, a drink they were out of and then another food item... My autistic young son was okay with his one beverage substitution, but they got the other 3 things wrong. The food is good, but they often forget an item or are out of something. When you try to call the restaurant to confirm the order, they typically don’t answer the phone. If it weren't for my Dasher, Austin, my order would have been incorrect. He was fantastic!

ordered the beef and cheddar combo and just a beef sandwich when it was delivered I only had two sandwiches in the bag and they told me that I did something wrong I went back on the app checked Im right theyre wrong like usual Arbys is always messing up my orders I will not be back and tell others this isnt the first time theyve messed up charged me $20 for a combo plus sandwich only got two sandwiches and wont make good on it every time somethings wrong
