"The appetizer was decent, however after landing at our table we waited well over an hour in a half for our entrees to show. It was supposed to be a nice dinner with fiance, as we initially lost our original baby sitter and had to scramble to find another who had a shorter available time slot, but after seeing tables that had arrived well (hour after we ordered our food, recieve their food before us, without even an explanation as to why we were waiting prompted us to simply ask them to produce a check that covers our ordered app and tea but they waived it. Still the principal is why keep us waiting for an hour in 45 minutes after serving us an appetizer and not even explain or tell us the food will be out shortly or was forgot to be put in. If the restauruant was extremely busy I would understand, but we made a reservation, and watched patrons who entered over an hour after us receive apps and entrees. Simply ignoring us for that long when we only had 3 hours to go out (due to baby sitter , cost them 2 loyal customers."

"Wow. I have never experienced better service than I have here at It’s About Thyme. I’m on a time crunch and had all of this in what felt like under 15 minutes. Someone was always available to take an order, actively wipe the table down, refill my drinks, etc. When I asked the man refilling my water for a box for my leftover dessert, the girl behind him overheard and took care of it with what looked like silence between them. I am amazed. Exactly what I needed both food wise and socially. Everyone seems so pleasant and the place was bustling. Will return!"

"One of the few places in the city with vegan options. The place is always clean and the staff is nice. The manager/owner(? is very beautiful and knowledgeable. The smoothies are good and they have many possibilities. I'm going there for the wraps and flatbread. You have afterlife of meat (vegan meat substitute, which you can get instead of chicken for a small charge. It's very good. Edit: The afterlife chicken is no longer available"

"They they not modified the app when they ran out of certain food items, so many things were out of stock. (Salads in particular, which we had 2 of. My Dasher did call to offer fries as a substitute for 2 items, a drink they were out of and then another food item... My autistic young son was okay with his one beverage substitution, but they got the other 3 things wrong. I found out AFTER the food arrived that there were other things available that would have been okay for us... Also, the items Arby apos;s substituted cost much less than the items we received as substitutions. My son wound up not liking the 2 turkey sliders they put in our bag in place of the 2 salads. ALSO: The app showed our dasher was 1-2min away on the app map from delivering our food, but they must have been dashing multiple orders. Instead of dropping off our meal first, they went PASTour house and delivered a different person apos;s meal that added 14-15min on to the order when they were literally 2 blocks from our house. This resulted in the food we did receive not only being wrong for half of it, but it was stone cold hard when we did finally get to try it. My autistic young son was so very distraught I was unable to call for a refund because he was crying hard. I myself have had a brain aneurysm after my husband died suddenly a couple years ago, soI was not able to go to the restaurant to get the correct items... overall, it was an atrocious evening. I always try to be encouraging and positive in my reviews, but last night was disastrous; we LOST money and food, and the app wouldn apos;t let me conta t the store because too much time had passed away when my son was distraught... I wish Arby apos;s would make this right..."

"Flavor on Main is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The waiting staff is super friendly and so attentive. Chef and crew are master artists in the kitchen! The restaurant offers a 1920s prohibition Swanky Vibe, while it remains casual and invites everyone. My husband had a distress call and our waitress came by to ask if we want to keep his plate warm until he returned. The appetizers were from this world! Our family tried the: scallops and wild mushrooms, sesame tuna and fried Calamari. Our ban special cocktails were also fabulous – from Jitterbug, Misbehavin’ Flapper Girl, All that Jazz, to Gin Ricky. Our main courses were also excellent. In fact, this was one of the best meals we had in a long time (maybe ever)! We ordered the: Southern Comfort Fried Chicken, Crab Stuffed Salmon and Chicken Arianna with Gnocchi. Holy Guacamole — we will be back!! I recommend this restaurant! Call and reserve – you will NOT be disappointed."
