"I just went in the lobby and ordered to go. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes, with no greeting, no ?I?ll be right with you?, nothing. As I waited for my order, what appeared to be two off duty employees were behind the counter with their drinks socializing, which I consider unprofessional. The new Wagyu burgers at the Steakhouse are fantastic. They are served medium well and are incredibly juicy. The staff at the Heber Springs location are eager to serve you. Overall, it was a great experience!

This is the second time in a month I've ordered in the drive thru and got home with incorrect items and cold food. I live less than a mile from the store so food should still be hot! Arby's was awesome when they first opened and still are great during the day!! Service and product in the evening is another story...not good!!!

I really enjoy the Arby’s Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered it at the drive-thru, and to my surprise, there wasn’t a single piece of chicken in the entire sandwich. There were plenty of grapes and apple chunks, but no chicken and no pecans. Now I'm 5 miles down the road with no time to turn back for a refund.
