"This is the second time in a month I've ordered in the drive thru and got home with incorrect items and cold food. I live less than a mile from the store so food should still be hot! Arby's was awesome when they first opened and still are great during the day!! Service and product in the evening is another story...not good!!!"

The new Steakhouse Wagyu burgers were really good. They're served medium well. Very juicy. And the Heber Springs store are very anxious to serve you. Nice experience

This Arby's is always one of our favorite eat stops when we are in the area. Food is hot, fresh and employees always serve top notch food. Roast beef cheddar and curly fries are the best! We definitely recommend this location for a delicious lunch!

I love the Arbys Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich! Just ordered it in the drive thru and to my surprise- not a single chunk of chicken in the whole sandwich. Lots of grapes, lots of apple chunks, no chicken and no pecans. Already 5 miles down the road and no time to turn around for a refund.
