"The Coubtry Club Plaza has to be the best Auntie Anne's location in the Kansas City area. I have been frequenting this location for almost a year now. Store management is excellent and so are all the staff I've interacted with. At the height of my patronage I visited at least four days per week. I was encouraged to call prior to leaving work to purchase my pretzels so they could bake them fresh. The manager and supervisor remembered my face and my order, every time! My boyfriend and i stepped in here to get something sweet. When i say that this food is amazing, that's an understatement! Great food, and a very welcoming staff made for a great time for big daddy and I. Will definitely be coming back!

I was visiting KCMO for the first time, and while walking around the plaza I saw Auntie Anne?s/Cinnabon and knew I was having a large lemonade with light ice and a cinnabon. The store was exceptionally clean and the staff was very energetic and professional.

I always feel welcome here by Vanessa. She?s incredibly sweet friendly. I have NEVER seen her being rude or annoyed by customers. Her big bright smile would be the first thing I see whenever I enter the shop. Y?ALL NEED TO PROTECT THIS SWEET LADY AT ALL COST!! ;
