"went to for breakfast 8/21 at 11:30 o'clock lobby was quite full (expected) and was told about 15 minutes waiting (no problem with it). give our name for a party of 3. when we waited for several other parties to arrive, we saw how they gave their names and were told about the same waiting period. it seemed that it became progressively chaotic and the person sitting (old man, seemed to be a manager) was sitting parties that came after us! parties of 2, 3 and a party of 5 (all came after us). after more than 45 minutes my man decided we were going. I made sure that I made several employees aware that they really needed a better system or person seat people, as we were watching over a dozen pe...

eating was good, waitress was nice, host seemed like she didn't know what she did, waited 15 min to take my money

Absolutely awful. Went in here with my parents to eat breakfast. My mom and I had decent food, but my dad’s was awful. There was plastic in his sausage, we told our waitress, who was great, about our issue and she brought out new sausage. My dad goes to eat that and finds plastic in that as well. We inform the manager and he doesn’t even care and makes excuses. We will not be back in there for a while.
