"The food was good the drinks were great. The service is what gave us anxiety. They were trying too hard. It seemed they had a timer to go to our table every 5 min or so and ask if all was good. The first 2-3 times we appreciated, the rest we were desperate. They asked about 10 times in a 1 hour service. We lit told the guy: if we need something we will let you know. On top of that another lady came very frequently to check on our plates and see what she could pickup, even if we were not done with it. In our opinion there is nothing more uncomfortable than telling a waiter/tress to leave the plate until we’re done. Other than that, the food and drinks were great."

Bocas Grill was great! We received great customer service and the place was super clean. The food was also delicious.

big customer service, each waiter is attentive to tables that are not their, no one has to call someone for ketchup, the same person they ask, stop what they do and run to get them what they ask. very good use of teamworks, which are difficult to find even at four to five star restaurants. the food quality was good, the time it took was acceptable. the vibes in the restaurant were very good.
