"We booked this table with open table and when they got to Buffalo Wild Wings they said they were too busy to take the reservation. They took all walk ins before us. We ended up leaving. Buffalo wild wing in Tualatin has horrible customer service they all had major attitudes. There were several other people that they turned away for the same reason. I will never go back to this Buffalo Wild Wings and would never recommend this location to anyone."

We were not actually able to eat at this restaurant because they did not honor our reservation. A reservation is not really a reservation if a table is not held. This restaurant should rethink using this service if they are not going to use it correctly.
