"I rarely order from Carls Jr because it is very expensive. However, when I do decide to order, I typically enjoy the fried zucchini, which unfortunately seems to no longer be on the menu. This time, I ordered the Waffle Fries. I was extremely disappointed when I received a bag of cold, rubbery fries. For the price of $27.96 for a Charbroiled Chicken Club Sandwich and subpar fries, it was quite shameful. The food should have been amazing, hot, and fresh considering the high prices charged by Carls Jr. If the employees do not care enough to ensure that the food is served in a proper manner, they should be replaced with ones who do.
