"Ordered a plain jr cheeseburger with bacon , had no one in front of me or behind , was told to go to the front of the store , drive thru parking, why? i had no idea why , but seem to be the norm in this place ,they brought the order and the doublecheeseburger looked like someone stepped on it , went inside and asked the manager if that was correct and was told, that was adouble cheeseburger plain , and she then pointed at a picture behind her, i asked her why they don't look at least similar tothe picture , she said , that's how it is and turned around and walked away from me, i guess that's the best they can do on aempty restaurant and a big order like mine? Worst service ever they hurry you threw the drive through just to make you park and wait......very disappointing that's why they never have customers going to have to stick with jack in the box????

Ordered the new gold digger burger but wasn't as big as expected, good flavor tho, and of course I kinda knew it wasn't gonna be a huge burger but still was expecting something a little bit more. Please bring back the Diablo burger, that's like the bestever!!!
