"I will like to give 5 but the last iime I was there. The LATINO cashier dont treat me good. I visit this place 2 oh 3 times a week. I always pay with coupons. The cashier always give me the advice to use only 2 cupons por visit. This time i bring it and the cashier say he only can take 1 cupons. I tell it they always receive 2 cupons per visit. When i receive the food i ask for ranch and ketsup. Only get a ranch they say they out of ketsup. I belive the cashier take revanche because i argument about the cupons... The sad thing I am from Mexico.. and the cashier for sure its Mexican too. NO WONDER THIS PLACE ITS EMPY..."

The service is the worst! They constantly forget items from the order and even brought me someone else's order twice. The staff is very rude, and the food is dirty at this Carl's.

I ordered the chicken pliers and they were terrible! They seemed like they had been cooked the day before and were just left out. They were chewy and lukewarm. Even though the advertised combo prices are for a SMALL combo, the prices should be clearly disclosed before charging.

It may not be an All-Star experience, but it’s still on the menu. When I asked what went wrong, they couldn’t provide an answer. It felt like I was talking to the Three Stooges, and no one could hear me clearly. Finally, when I got my food, I was disappointed to find that the burger and fries were nearly soaked in grease.
