"Carl's Jr. Are Few and Far Between in Texas. I like Carl's Jr. It's convenient for me when I am in Vegas to grab one. I never make a special trip for one where I'm from, because it is a twenty mile trek, and I don't like them that much to drive across the metroplex. I really like their burgers. They use a good grade of beef. All the different versions of their meals that I've had have been good. Service can be spotty though. Tonight was crazy. There was only one person covering the front counter. She was cashier and also worked the drive through. It was way past the dinner rush but you wouldn't have known it. In my opinion Carl’s Jr. is so much better then canes. Sorry not sorry. The best item to get is the chicken tenders. They’re so good, juicy and always fresh. Don’t walk, RUN !

I had a problem about a month ago with the burger so I wrote into the website and sent them a picture of how it came and the manager Theresa T. Took care of the whole problem by getting me a new burger. Thanks for the great customer service. But why didn't you comp the soda? It would have gotten you five stars.

when I tell them amazing employees, it's an understatement. I had my screaming 2yro enkel and only $5 so I asked if she nuggets (only what he will eat from FF places). They said it was $5.06 or something close and I found a quarter in my console. when I come into the window and ask for a small water, they also offer a soda free and the beautiful soul in the window, which is sat in some cheeky, without saying that I don't feel embarrassing. I only rarely need this kind of things, but it was end of the month and very urgent. I wish I got her name.
