this location really has to work on parking / car by traffic. it is absolutely terrible! so it's been so open for years. no idea what it will decide, but it must happen soon. the parking lot is very narrow, and the design of driving through is very bad to say the least.

the service is extremely slow. I ordered the app from work. 10 minutes to leave and drove 10 minutes to pick up my food. I'm waiting for my order for 15 minutes. the employees seem to be stressed every time I visit. the restaurant always has a chaotic feeling. I'm trying to avoid it.
