"This particular evening was especially busy, given the warm weather drawing in crowds from the nearby lake. Despite this rush, I noticed a table across from us getting upset with the single server who was working tirelessly to attend to everyone. It was heartening to see the owner step in to support his server and ask those difficult customers to leave, especially when they were making an already busy night that much harder. It’s surprising to witness such entitled behavior, but I was pleased to see the owner stand up for his dedicated staff. Great food is one reason to visit Doc's, but the way customers are treated is another important factor. I’m looking forward to my next visit!"

This is a fantastic spot by Lake Pewaukee. The pizza is delicious, and the staff is wonderful as well. It's an excellent place to enjoy a pizza and a beer.

The pizza was outstanding, just like always, and the service from the busy bartender was fantastic. However, I was somewhat disappointed to find that they had changed their pepperoni since my last visit. It used to be a thicker cut, almost resembling salami, and that was the best part of their pizza. The new pepperoni was decent, but it’s just your typical variety. I hope this is only a temporary supply issue and not a permanent change.
