"I've ordered online from this restaurant twice, and both times my order was missing despite receiving a confirmation email. After encountering this issue the second time, I called the restaurant. The person who answered informed me that there was no record of my order in their system. I then showed them my email confirmation, and another staff member claimed it had been delivered. Interestingly, the delivery driver arrived while I was at the pick-up window, but she had delivered my order to the wrong address. As a result, I had to wait for them to prepare my order again! I was not pleased with this experience at all!"

I ordered online twice, and both times my order wasn’t processed despite receiving a confirmation email. When it happened the second time, I called the store. The girl who answered said there was no record of my order in their system. I showed her my email confirmation, and another employee claimed it had already been delivered. Just then, the delivery driver arrived at the pick-up window, but she had delivered my order to the wrong address. I had to wait for my food to be made all over again! I’m really frustrated!
