"My wife and I visited the 4th. West Pub a few times during our trip to Escalate. We expect a local diving bar, and while we found the mood we wanted, we are both very impressed by our meals, drinks and service. Dave (Yes, The Dave) was so friendly and shared information about not only the area but the building where the bar is. A must stop when you're in the area!"

"We were greeted with friendly service from the moment we walked in the door. When ordering, they went above and beyond In helping me find a delicious meal that met my dietary restrictions. The BEST taco salad I’ve ever had! We sat in the outdoor patio with our dogs and enjoyed the scenery while we ate and drank wine. After dinner, my server suggested the Dutch Apple Pie for dessert, which was to die for! He also shared some helpful information on hikes in the area. I’ll definitely be coming back—hopefully when they’re open for breakfast!"

"on their adventurous in the sturdy and beautiful shlucht of South Utah, they find a jewel of gastronomy! unconceptive and a little hidden, Georgian outdoor Mexican cafe food truck, is worth the ride. as they come in escalante ut from the west, georgie’s is just under a big red sign rv park on the right side as they enter the city. parking space next to the food truck is limited, so they feel free to park on the road. only for the crazy tourist when they cross the road. when they pass the big hotel with a red dach, they went too far. there are some sitting opportunities if they like to hang around to eat. Otherwise, eating is packed in environmentally friendly keepers and can go with them on the road. enjoy this desert dining place once and then find a reason to come back!"
