Unfortunately my complete meal was not as complementary. My plates certainly looked great but the rice in both my entrees was not properly prepared and seasoned. The seaweed used for my roll was not crisp meaning it was either not toasted or stored properly before service to account for the humidity. The bed of rice in my Chirashi was lightly seasoned with furikake seaweed but that hardly made a difference. It was still under seasoned. The sliced fish in my chirashi was fresh, but there wasn 't any difference in taste from piece to piec...

fuji is an absolute journey home! the sushi was delicious. the service was fantastic and then when I got the bill, I was shocked how reasonable the meal was. seriously, it was one of the best sushi I had. if you pick up a nice meal in this area, I don't know why you wouldn't go to fuji.

Food is consistently delicious—well prepared and presented! Wakame seaweed salad, Yaki gyoza, spicy tuna tartare, Spanish mackerel carpaccio, Hamachi Kama Shioyaki, Karaage chicken wings, fresh pan-sautéed soft shell crab (in season), and all of the maki/sushi have been incredibly wonderful! And the staff have been most kind and accommodating.
