"Given the close to perfect rating, expectations were rather high. The restaurant looked great and seating service was quick and passable on a Tuesday night. fuji is an absolute journey home! the sushi was delicious. the service was fantastic and then when I got the bill, I was shocked how reasonable the meal was. seriously, it was one of the best sushi I had. if you pick up a nice meal in this area, I don't know why you wouldn't go to fuji.

Food is consistently delicious—well prepared and presented! Wakame seaweed salad, Yaki gyoza, spicy tuna tartare, Spanish mackerel carpaccio, Hamachi Kama Shioyaki, Karaage chicken wings, fresh pan-sautéed soft shell crab (in season), and all of the maki/sushi have been incredibly wonderful! And the staff have been most kind and accommodating.
