"We went out on a recommendation on 13.10.21 by Carolinensiel, went to the Burgrestaurant for dinner and were deeply disappointed. The mushroom carving without fresh mushrooms, unfortunately also with ready-made sauce! The salad had to be ordered separately for 2.50 euros, which we have not experienced in any restaurant. The brat potatoes were not the hit either. The burgpizza was not much larger than a toast Hawaii, was a roast with fish, but one had to look for, tomato and cheese baked. The price performance ratio is in no relation. Our complaint was only smiled it was admitted that there were no fresh mushrooms. "A small golocal meeting naturally also needs a restaurant, or here in Friesland a fish restaurant. First you can see Golocal, then also with Google for the best 10 to Esens. On TripAdvisor I found Käthe Karl in Dornumersiel, not at Golocal. That made a good impression, and we met for lunch. Before, I enquired with the owners of whom they had looked fresh or fresh fish. Both are available, the fillets are TK goods, the roasting is fresh. They also told me that she also got her fish from Siebrands who sent me the sword mussels last week. But after the ride, I ordered a coffee first. After the arrival of the Blattlaus family, I ordered the roasts with salt potatoes, butter sauce and additional salad, with mineral water and gray burgundy from Rheinhessen. As a greeting from the kitchen there were baguette with oil and spice pepper mix. Then came the salad, where I could choose from three different dressings, I chose vinegar oil.
