"We went to Hedges to celebrate our ten year anniversary. The experience was top notch from beginning to end. We had a wonderful conversation with Caroline, the hostess. Jackie, our server, was a dreamboat. She was friendly, professional, veryknowledgeable about the menu, and had a great sense of humor. The food was outstanding. The small army of attendants in thedining room were quick, friendly and on top of all the needs of the tables. We will definitely be back for another specialoccasion. Oh! Hedges has a beautiful view of the sunset on Lake Ontario! Thank you Jackie and Caroline for a wonderful evening!"

To start, the restaurant is situated by the lake, offering a stunning sunset view. The staff was welcoming and the food was delicious. The Filet Mignon was perfectly cooked and tender. The Pork Chops were the most flavorful we've ever had. One member of our group ordered the seafood pasta and said it was also delicious and served in generous portions.

My husband and I celebrated our 11th anniversary at Hedges. The food was amazing and the service was satisfactory. We did encounter a problem with our reservation being lost, but we were seated promptly despite the busy restaurant. Unfortunately, I found meat in my vegetable risotto, which was disappointing as I am a vegetarian. However, the dish was still delicious. The restaurant has a lovely outdoor lounge area, but it would be even better if they offered outdoor seating for dinner. Unfortunately, this option was not available to us during our visit.

Our dining experience was exceptional in every way. Our server, Dawn, was outstanding. We started with a few of their signature cocktails, which were delicious. The Tuscan Seafood Pasta was packed with a variety of seafood and was enough for two meals, it was outstanding! The stuffed flounder special with arugula was equally delicious. For dessert, we shared the pecan bread pudding with bourbon butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream. It was incredibly tasty and we had leftovers to enjoy later. Overall, it was a fantastic upscale dining experience that we highly recommend.
