"At 9:50 I left the work to break and get my lunch from this place. I live 5min from this place and I've been here for 7 years, I run into some problems, but nothing like tonight. There was a line of 7 cars including me, I came here at 9:58. There was a silver Malibu, who circled the parking lot and decided that they would stick to them between the line and look like they would cut me off or the person behind me. They cut the person behind me and when the line began to move after 10min, the cashier did not react, so I said hi and his sound like 2 people answered at the same time and told me to wait for them to finish orders. Don 't come here around 4:30pm if you 're hungry. I was informed today that every day at that time the entire restaurant shuts down for a shift change. It seems the incoming manager needs to count their drawer down and apparently all operations must cease until that is complete. No using the fryer. No assembling sandwiches, and absolutely no taking orders at the drive thru line. I was invited to return in 5 minutes when the shift change was complete, though. So that was nice of them. ???

Whoever was working the window December 3rd, 2021 deserves a raise. That was probably the best service he could have given for the situation he was in. He was busting his a behind the window being one of only 2 employees there at the time. Not only this, but I apparently mistakenly forgot to get my card, and while parked at the gas station, he ran my card back to me across the parking lot. Absolutely amazing person and I really do hope he sees this, I know how fast food can be and he did a great job.

Okay just because it was 3:00 in the morning doesn't justify why they don't serve half of their menu and limit the amount of what you can order. Me and two of my friends were there at about 3:00 in the morning for the late night Munchies that we had since we had been cleaning up all night and tried to order 14 tacos and we're told we could only order 10 and then proceeded to try to order and Oreo shake and we're told they were no longer making shakes, so we then proceeded to try to order an iced coffee and we're told that they didn't make any coffee at that time and at that point just totally gave up.
