"There was ONE poor girl working there the day I went. I won't complain about the very long wait... it was totally understandable. She warned every customer that pulled up to the menu that she was alone and that large orders could take a very long time. She got my order correct, although she forgot to include a fork for my teriyaki bowl. But it's okay. I just want to commend her for being there and making it work."

I and my daughter stay in this place before they go home. Best Jack in Box in St. Charles County. The manager Anthony is very professional, working hard and friendly and eating is always hot.

There was only one person working and we got stuck in drive thru- cars in front of us and behind us…wasted 40 minutes and cars wouldn’t move the car in front of us or behind us. I needed to breastfeed/pump but literally got stuck and couldn’t get out. Thankfully the one employee got the one car to pull to the side to let us out. Employees are super nice but this location is severely understaffed.
