"We looked around in Freiburg. It was busy and not very welcoming, it had changed since our last visit. We decided to go back to Brisach. We were not disappointed. We noticed that the Kaiserstuhler was open (but we were a pigeon early, but they let us in before he opened! The food was delicious, the service was excellent. The atmosphere was typical of a German restaurant hotel. We can also next time STAY at the hotel. Would highly recommend. OH, unlike France, they serve vegetables with their meals as wonderful.."

Very good food, 3 cources 4 glasses of selected wine for a good price (approx. 50 EUR). A place to recommend a good dinner with friends!

Located in the heart of the city, this is an excellent place for lunch. Service and food were really good. The venue is bright and attractive. Drinks were very cheap for this kind of restaurant. A pleasant lunch. Let's go back there when we're close.

we had come to this local on the trip from freiburg to colmar by chance and were completely satisfied. the staff was very friendly and also competent. I was recommended by the young waitress a pfeffersteak that really snuck. my wife has eaten an excellent spargeö. we can only recommend this restaurant.
