"There were six of us at Restaurant Kle for dinner and we paid around CHF 1,000 for the 3 or 4-course menu with accompanying wine. After that we left hungry. The amuse bouche consisted of half-baked rolls that were doused with oil, plus there was a mini bowl of pickled vegetables, a red tomato paste, hummus pureed beyond recognition and mayonnaise. I didn't find it very pleasant to smear mayonnaise on a warm, undercooked roll. The starter was a kind of large cracker topped with beetroot slices that actually tasted very good and was the only dish that had an appealing texture. Each dish was a wonderful creation with intricate flavors and elegant presentation. The staff was very attentive and did a great job introducing every item.
