"My wife and I have been regular dinner visitors at Kuro since late 2022 and we have enjoyed every visit immensely. Chef Nico was the resident chef in 2023 (now departed to Miami) and since replaced by Chef Jason. General Manager Salvatore and all of the numerous servers that have attended to us have shown us first class service every time we have visited. Chef Jason, Sushi Chef Jin and Chef Nara frequently speak to us at our favorite seats at the Omakase sushi bar and they display superb customer service, as do all of the servers that have attended to our party at every visit. I came with my family that just got here from another country and they told me they were closing soon so they said they could only fit 6 of us in a table of 5 but the 7th person couldn’t go in. This is the craziest thing that has ever happened to me. EVERYONE WAS THERE EVEN THE MANAGER AND NOBODY DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

My fiance was excited about this place, we ordered the sushi omakasi but only 4 pieces of sushi were included along some nigiri (mind you they also have a nigiri and sashimi omakasi) well the little roll tasted worse than buffet rolls. The miso soup was good, the tuna was decent but the wagyu meat looked like a piece of walmart meat (don't get me room I shop at Walmart but wagyu meat is on a different category)
