how uncomplicated can be host. great. chef dominik is so relaxed, welcomes with "ei gude" and immediately begins to feel comfortable (also for the nice service). Unfortunately, we had not so much starving, so this time it was just enough to go hand cheese, but... I have never eaten a better hand cheese! and I have eaten many. hut off! and soon we try the other treats.Never a set to ambiente: wonderfully cozy and very attentive. Woman could even brush the teeth after eating! :-)

great regional ingredients, a pleasantly clearly dimensioned map, which is the product of the tangible quality claim of the restaurant and its owner. not to forget is the wine selection - the focus lies on exciting weeping most of local winzers too very fair trips. also the scorle must not be forgotten! the friendly and attentive service completes the whole. Nevertheless, everything is grounded and simply symphatic - ensure ambiente, service and boiling owner, who has put a load on the legs with the MA:DORO that has missed in mainz!

Dominique is an amazing chef who has worked all over the world. His commitment to the authenticity and sourcing of his food is amazing. The game you eat he shot himself and any meat and cured meats you eat he sourced himself. The food is extremely tasty and the wines are local and of the highest quality. I live in LA and eat there in great restaurants but this place can stack up to any of them. If you think you know Germany food you don't. You probably just know a caricature of ancient German food. If you are in the area (and Mainz is just 25 minute train ride from Frankfurt Airport) do yourself a favor and check out this place.
