"The worse McDonalds ever! the lady at the drive thru, missed one of the items i ordered even after she repeated it herself, I realized it after they made me wait about 15 min on spot 1 and realized that I was missing a happy meal for my daughter. I told this to the lady that bought me the order to spot 1, she said she will come back to check, she never came back after i waited almost 20 min for her. I then had to make the long drive thru line again of 30 min all to get the happy meal they missed on my order. Either the drive thru employees are having hearing problems, chatting with friends on their phone or coworkers but this needs to get fixed or you will lose many customers. I am never co...

Ordered via Uber and my burger tasted like dish detergent, my fries were cold and the cookie did not taste fresh. Only rated two stars because the vanilla shake was good.

from any reason in the last month this location service was quite bad. they are very fast to take their order, but not even to pay in the window. the ordering of a mobile order makes this process not easier, as they sent me to the order pickup, waited 20-30 minutes, then gave me a wrong order. it wasn't even worth asking for a proper order. they would probably have kept me waiting for 30 minutes for quick food.

Used app, with curbside pick up. The app says it should take about 5 minutes to get your order. There was another car already waiting for their order when I arrived. At 25 minutes, I overheard the other car calling to find out where their food was. At that point the associate came out with both orders, apologizing to the other car with a lame excuse about not knowing they were waiting. I didn't get an apology, just my order.
